On the day i had my flight, got my money Stolen at the hostel waited an hour for the police the staff said they have called the police but it never came and than i would’ve missed my flight and i had to leave it was 600 euros which got stolen and the hotel didn’t even helped me out in for lodging a complaint yet all they said was its your fault ! or are you sure and they just didn’t want it to be reported to the police i don’t know why

The guy at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly, even at 3am. The reception is inside the hotel upstairs, and the hostel is on the basement level. The private room was very nice for the price, and washing machines were free of charge to use! A really good choice if you’re arriving late at night since reception is 24 hours. It felt like there were local people living in the dorm rooms there long term, which is fine but feels a little weird. There were signs posted around the common spaces with rules and penalties. It’s in the basement of a hotel, so don’t expect much natural light. For the price, everything was great, but the vibes are a little off.

It is like pictures .. the flat has 3 rooms 2 for men and 1 room for ladies. Has also a big kitchen and tv room and fine nice hallway . Wifi available and a fridge for the whole apartment The ladies room has 6 beds but there are no closets only a drawer in the down bed as i took the upper bed "bunk bed" and it was fine with me cause i didn't take too much clothes So it is good if it is just for sleep No daily cleaning service for the bed and toilet

The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I could possibly need. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout my stay. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed yet quiet enough for a relaxing night’s sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! I especially loved the staff — everyone was kind and helpful, but I want to highlight the person responsible during breakfast time. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, making each morning a pleasant experience. The location is also very convenient. The city center is easily reachable by bus in about 25 minutes, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Highly recommended! The overall experience was positive, and the staff were wonderful. However, I believe there’s a bit of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. A bit more attention to detail in the rooms and common areas would make the stay even more comfortable.
