I really liked the attitude of the staff - everyone was friendly, polite and welcoming. I would like to especially mention Kanan from reception, He is very caring, pleasant and responsive. He helped me resolve my issues, suggested places to go for a walk in Baku and every single details i ask. Thanks to theire attitude, I was left with a very warm and pleasant impression of my stay

Nothing special to like about the property. The location is worst. There is no parking space for vehicles in front of the hotel. The view from rooms is not worth the money spent. The staff is very rude especially the youngest receptionist. The cupboards are very old and would squeak if opened and closed. The air dryer was not working. The reception didn’t respond when called via the extension and ultimately we had to climb all the way down to order from the restaurant.

Not a single thing i liked. WORST Experience Ever at Park Inn Baku I had the most horrible stay at Park Inn in Baku, and I genuinely regret booking this hotel through Booking.com. This place is NOT for families at all , it felt extremely shady from the moment we entered. People were literally coming in drunk and vomiting, and no one from the hotel staff bothered to control the situation. The staff behavior is unbelievably bad. The reception guy with glasses in the evening shift was so rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, he talks in a disrespectful tone and acts as if we are disturbing him. The hotel corridors stink, and the cleanliness is nowhere near what they claim online. Our room AC sounded like a generator, making it impossible to sleep. Even after complaining multiple times, no one came to fix it. They simply didn’t care. This hotel ruined our experience in Baku. I strongly do NOT recommend this pathetic hotel. I honestly wish I could give a negative rating because even 1 star feels too generous. Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing this place.

Location and staff- especially Javed. Unclean towels, dusty and small curtains. Light passes through early morning.

There was no AC in our room, although it was advertised that there is. The pillows were so stained and dirty, just covered with a cleaner pillow case.

The room and toilet were clean and decent. The room a decent size and comfortable enough. The breakfast fresh and varied, more then enough. Friendly staff most of them. The swimming pool and Hamam are nice. The hotel is on a very busy street the noise is highly disturbing. I requested before arriving a quite room not even knowing the problem, it was accepted but not provided. Only after I threatened to leave the hotel they made an effort and changed the room. Pretty far from the center, at least 30 minutes walk to anywhere. I requested from the reception 3 times a pillow which wasn't provided and only after I went straight to the house keeping did I get it.

Specious and comfortable rooms. The location is nice everything you need is in a walking distance. The only struggle is the parking, the hotel doesn't have parking area and the area is busy.

My recent stay at the Parkway Inn Hotel was a very good overall experience .If you're prioritizing a clean, comfortable, and modern base for your trip, this hotel delivers well on those fronts. Highlights: ✅ Rooms are impeccably clean. ✅ Furniture feels new/well-maintained & comfortable. Breakfast: ? Perfectly fine but limited options (basic continental items; no hot buffet). ? Pest Control Needed:Experienced mosquitos in the room.The hotel should implement regular spraying/maintenance to prevent this. ? No Direct Access: No parking OR taxi drop-off at the hotel entrance.Must park/walk from a distance or arrange alternate drop-off.
