The rooms are very clean and tidy, the housekeeping staff strictly follow all the principles of cleanliness. Breakfast was very delicious. All the hotel staff were very warm and friendly and respectful. The room facilities were excellent and the mattress was very comfortable and they had a good rest. It is easy to access the market, taxi and public transportation. It is very valuable for its price. I recommend this hotel to those who travel to Baku for business or family.

The staff were amazing, some of them were bad with english but happy to try and help Before we came to Azerbaijan we were asked to pay a reservation fee via some sketchy link that was not previously agreed beetween parties, and we were scared it was a scam. They would not reply to our messages until we paid em the money they asked for.

Staff were very attentive and friendly! Hotel overall was passable Location isn't great but you pay cheaper to stay more further from the city centre. The room itself was okay but we found stains and cigarette marks on the sheets and bedding. Overall the hotel wasn't the worst but definitely can make improvements to make the stay better

The stuff was friendly and tried to help. First of all it was smoking room. Cigarette smell in the curtains, bed matres. Most likely all rooms are smoking rooms. My wife had headache all the time, it was also reason why we checked out 1 day earlier. The bed sheets were old and not nice, cover was also very very old and didn't look very nice. Towels in the bathroom also probably 10 years old. I would definitely not like to stay again and I doubt that is 4 Star hotel.

Location is perfect for a small 20 min walk to the Metro using Google Maps. Or 1 min from the Bus Stop English is a problem overall in the country but Google translate gets the job done

The staff were friendly. Location was close to a bus station and 30 min walk from metro. Hotel room could be better.. sheets were dirty, and the shower had a leak. AC smelled like smoke. Also, it was difficult to contact the staff via booking chat when we had questions before the arrival.
