There was a small supermarket nearby. No fresh coffee, or a coffee machine at breakfast. They provided some premixed cappuccino sachets but that’s not proper coffee. The man on the front desk when I arrived told me the hotel was full and was then rude to me like it was my fault. He hadn’t checked the list properly and my room was the last one. The room smelt of stale cigarettes.

Price only Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Breakfast is limited. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Quilts and towels are not replaced

Nizami is kind and he know everything better than anyone . In the room tv is not working but after Nizami come he slove the problem. And also receptionist girl dont even know exactly how to control booking . When I say I have reservation from booking she get kinda shock . But I have been here many times. Thats why my rewiev cant be less than 10. I appricate Nizami. Thanks a lot Receptionist girl.

I like All staff there especially Valeh and Nizami is best receptionist ever. I dont know why some people give lower rewiev but I really like this hotel. Valeh and Nizami is so kind and they help you everytime you need. I appricate what you guys did for me. I really love my stay here . Good for value , quiet and nice place. I love this breakfast Nothing. All is the best

The room was equipped with all necessities and was quite spacious! The breakfast included in the price was individually prepared and nicely arranged.

We called them during a day and let them know that we will come there right after our wedding ceremony, so please prepare room and we need to rest well. We came and first of all there was no towels in the room, we call reception and ask for it. They bring only 1 towel for two. We asked again for towel. After 1 hours (01:00) party started and it was next to our room. We asked to be silent and rest, they said that it was their boss's friend party so they can't stop it, you have to sleep like this. We asked to change the room, they change the room. Room was terrible, bed wasn't clean, someone had sex before and there was sperm on the bed. We vomit, and said them to change it. They said there is no room left. Morning they charge us to the first room price which we didn't stay. We fight and left the hotel. That is not family hotel, old men came there with their misters and it was disgusting. I don't recommend anyone to stay there never ever and experience things like us.
