The staff are so incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is great. We got a room on the first floor which was comfortable and beautiful, but it was a very loud, which was unfortunate but otherwise wonderful stay!

В комнате не убирались пока мы не попросили, и то убрались только в комнате, а на террасе не убрались. Все оснащение в комнате было не лучшего качества: дешевые паралоновые подушки, джакузи практически не булькал, холодильник переодически выключался (а нам это было критично из-за лекарств), кондиционер звучал как самолет при взлете, все одноразовые принадлежности самого низкого качества. Завтрак тоже абсолютно не соответствовал 4 звездам - самая дешевая варенная колбаса и простой сыр, сока нет вообще, кофе только растворимый, теплые яйца одного вида (т.е. если вы не едите например омлет с помидорами - то завтрак у вас будет только холодный - по запросу ничего не получите). Вкусные помидоры, огурцы и фрукты.

The TV was not working, but I did not ask the night receptionist to fix it. Was not a big deal for me.

taxi can't come to the Old City, so we have to carry luggage to climb many stairs, very very tired. no balcony as stated in the describption.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and goes above and beyond to help you! Will definitely stay here again in the future

Location Was really good , but rooms are really really small .. can’t move .. but good for over night . What I like was the night shift receptionist both Mr. Rifat and Elmar both were super friendly and helpful. I wish them all the success in their studies and careers. Size of the rooms and breakfast is too lame no choice .

Fantastic location, very friendly and accommodating staff who were very flexible with any changes etc. Breakfast was basic but very nice and very good coffee service for the breakfast. Walking distance to all the Old Town treats! Booked for a double got a twin and the beds were extremely narrow and short. Shower was a wet area and everything gets soaked in there as the shower curtain did nothing and the shower head was not working.
