Everything was perfect. The best hotel I've ever stayed at. The cleanliness is spotless. Sema is doing her job perfectly. A sumptuous breakfast makes me excited to wake up in the morning?. Nothing to complain

Clean modern hotel, with supermarket next door. Great breakfast….. great staff … thanks to the 2 samirs One at the restaurant and the other at the reception… both were very nice and professional 25 minutes walk to the old city but taxis are cheap

Very positive experience! The family room was great for 4 ppl, more than that will be crowded. The rooms are clean, and being cleaned on daily basis. Staff is very welcome and always with a smile (Go Samir!!?) Tasty breakfast with very nice selection. I liked the sauna and the spa as well, clean, well and maintained. You have great 24/7 supermarket 2 minutes away from the hotel, and city center 15 min away as well. Truly recommended! People are smoking on the dining balcony

I recently spent 8 wonderful days at this hotel, and it was exactly the relaxing vacation I was looking for. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the overall service was exceptional. What truly made the experience special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a huge difference and created a very warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The room service was outstanding, and the food was consistently delicious, fresh, and very well prepared. Everything was delivered promptly and exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be coming back in the future .. Noting at all

The towels are old and very hard, there is no toilet paper, room service is very late.

Big room, very good breakfast. We appreciate the help of Samir at dinning room and Zamzud - relation person. The room was arranged every day.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Good breakfast, excellent gym and facilities (Turkish bath, jacuzzi and free dry and wet sauna), cleanliness at the highest level we have encountered in hotels. Lovely and very helpful staff, especially Samir's service in the dining room and Zumrud from the reception for advice on where to travel and eat.

The rooms, staff, restaurant especially breakfast. To people coming from the Middle East, you may not have heard this name, but it is better than a lot of "branded" hotels, and much better cost wise. Nothing. It is true they don't have a swimming pool, but the Jaccuzi was more than enough for my 6yo daughter.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel What was really special was the staff — they really try to help you in every way they can. It felt very personal ,you don’t feel like just another anonymous tourist The rooms were very big and clean. The breakfast was good and absolutely sufficient, with a very nice atmosphere We booked a junior suite with a city view and were surprised to see that there was a big construction site directly in front of the building. The first night they woke us up at 5:30 a.m. On the second night, we slept with the windows closed, and then it was okay. I didn’t use the spa itself, but I booked a massage. The massage therapist really made an effort, but the whole environment was honestly not what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The towels, the sheets, and the overall setup felt a bit odd and not very modern . It just didn’t have the atmosphere or standard you would expect from a contemporary hotel

Nice room but expensive Staff not cooperative, not toothbrushes in the room and no Soap, also they are not cooperative for breakfast i have my flight early and i told them to send me take away breakfast they refused i was in rush and i couldn’t stay for breakfast and they were not cooperative at all !!

THE ROOMS WERE BIG AND COMFORTABLE, THE BREAKFAST VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF AT THE RESTAURANT VERY FRIENDLY . WE CAME IN OFF SEASON, THE HOTEL WAS QUITE EMPTY AND THAT WAS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT RIGHT UNDER THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. WE ORDERED AN UPGRADED ROOM AND AS WE GOT THERE ,THEY PUT US EXACTLY ABOVE THE NOISE OF THE TRACTORS AND TRUCKS. WE COULD'NT SLEEP EVEN WITH ALL WINDOWS CLOSED! AFTER MIDNIGHT AND AFTER A DAY OF FLIGHTS AND TRAVELS, THEY MOVED US TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL TO ANOTHER ROOM NOT UPGRATED LIKE THE ONE WE ORDERED. THEY DIDN'T REFUND US ABOUT THE DIFERENT RATES. WE DIDN'T ASK TO ,BUT TWO DAYS BEFORE LEAVING WE HAD THE KNEWS ABOUT THE CANCELL OF OUR FLIGHT WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WILL BE THE EXACT DAY OF THE NEW FLIGHT. WE ASKED , AT THIS POINT, FOR HELP AND HOPED THAT BECAUSE OF THE CLASH WITH THE ROOMS , THEY SHOULD DO AN EFFORT TO MAKE A GOOD PRICE SO WE WILL STAY FOR A FEW DAYS MORE. THEY DIDN'T , AFTER ALL ! WE WENT OUT AND MOVED FOR MORE 4 DAYS TO AN APT. WE ALSO ASKED FOR A FREE LATE CHECK OUT ( THE HOTEL WAS EMPTY ) AND THEY DIDN'T AGREE. SORRY BUT IT WAS REALLY UNDER AND UNDER OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!!
