As overall it was nice and welcoming hotel. Close to the Center and Historical places. I liked the friendly attitude of the personnel. I had a small issue- in the last three days my towels were not changed upon my request. They were not clean and full of long hairs. My hair is very short. I even showed the photo to the Reception. It was disgusting.

Its my second time here and really worth it Clean, friendly, welcoming, the staff are the best and special thanks to Nihat - he was very helpful and assisting all the time of my reservation.

Everything was great about this place, great price per value in the heart of central Baku, Orkhan and Vasiv did a great job in serving us. One point of improvement I hope they enhance the breakfast quality.

The location of the hotel is great and has a cosy vibe. The staff is friendly and can speak English. We were greeted by hotel staff Nihat who was very kind to show us to the room and help us around the area. I see that the washrooms have facility to install muslim shower alongside the commode but rather just a pipe is installed. A shower would be a great convenience.

Rooms are smaller but comfortable. Staffs are very flexible.

The bed was bad, it was joined two different beds as a couple bed and it was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good so we ate only one day. We paid 40 Manat for transportation of the hotel from the airport and then we saw that it is less than 20 manat by Bolt Taxi.
