Receptionist was not good. They are behave not politely. Some times we call reception they are not received. Also hotel room is old furniture was old not premium. It’s was so expensive price for this hotel per night. Very bed experience. Specially one receptionist was a lier. ?????not recommend for others people this hotel.

The only one thing I have asked during booking was a room with good wi-fi. And guess what - no wifi in the room, only in one corner, very week signal. Staff promissed to fix, but nothing happend. Special surprise is paper wall in this hotel, you going to here everything - your neighbours talking and alarm on the phone, etc. I was impressed that all the music and happiness from hotel restaurant on 2nd floor, you are able to here so well on 5th floor, you even can dance. All facilities are old, I have problem with shower sink. Took 2 days from hotel staff to fix it. I'm usually trust the rating of the hotels on the booking, and it always comply with reality more or less. But for this hotel I really have doubts who are all those people who gave to it high score. Disaster. I'm not coming back.

Heater was not working and it was cold outside

nothing We stayed for three nights in October 2025. The first room had holes in the walls, peeling wallpaper, a leaking shower, and an unsafe baby bed. We had to move rooms multiple times because of unbearable noise and poor conditions. The staff, especially the night receptionist, was rude and dismissive. When I raised a complaint to management afterward, their email response was equally unprofessional and lacked any accountability. Decent location, but the hotel is in very poor condition and customer service is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price — I strongly advise against staying here.

They should provide fruit basket as complimentary Size of room

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The room was not at all clean, and there was a smoking smell coming in the room.

Zero Every thing

The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice but the hotel is not centrally located. Even though on booking, it says there is free cancellation, the hotel tried to charge my card for a 2 weeks advance cancellation notice.

Room Size and Breakfast They charge me extra money as commission of booking.com which was not charge by any other hotel in whole Azerbaijan when i requested for invoice they gave me less amount invoice but charge me arround 70 manat extra as commission which is very disappointing for me so always ask me the amount you need to pay as it booking.com will show you another amount but this hotel will ask you to pay more without giving any proper justification

Toilet did not have hand shower.. Breakfast was limited and not that good. Room A/C not working. Hair dryer not working.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were super. Great parking facilities. Nice breakfast. Lovely rooms.

We really liked the hotel. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. The soundproofing of the rooms was a bit poor.

The hotel is not at all family friendly. There are better hotels nearby with better facilities and kinder staff. Breakfast was boring. Had to eat same menu for 4 days of stay. We had the hotel chairwoman staying next room who would come out every now and then and scream at us for the kids playing around. The hotel rooms were literally unoccupied for anyone to get disturbed.

We have been a guest in this hotel three times. The hotel is large, rooms are spacious We stayed here in winter. The temperature outside was very cold and rooms were not warm enough. We slept badly because of cold. Last year we travelled it was 5-star hotel, we did not know that it became 3-star because of poor service. The water was running cold in the shower many times. The breakfast was old and disappointing. There were expired eggs during breakfast. The things in the breakfast was made days before. The spa temperature was low so we could not stay more not get cold. Staff was friendly, I am so sorry that hotel is very beautiful but poor facilities
