New Baku Hotel

I didn't like the hotel . bad hotel bad hotel the bathroom bad and old hotel and not comfort the first day i change 5 room to take the good room. the photo at the hotel does not give you what you have there. at the lobby all the time turn off the light. the second day i change hotel and the hotel don't help me about to get me back my many. <---

no light at the lobby the hotel is old have problem at a/c the bathroom bad the bed is bad old hotel more problem with the room

Clean rooms, budget friendly prices in the restaurant, timely cleaning. TV not working was a hiccup.

No kattle, the carpets need to be changed, the ac is very weak and low, no water is provided it is with money. Only one lift that doesn't have a ventilated system and very slow. The price is not worth it.

Sarah and visül in the restaurant was so lovely ? ? and smiling at my kid when she asked for cold milk everyday morning ?. Also the hotel manager is so smiley to my babies. location is very good as it's near to the old city and center, many parks around. Thank you guys for doing your best to satisfy me and my family. There is no facilities, it's suitable for individual or couple but not suitable for families especially if you have babies I suggest you can upgrade the seventh floor and add play area to the kids or swimming pool I don't know how it works but I guess you need to add some facilities.

There was leak in the bathroom the room wasn't clean

it's far from nizami street so dining options are very limited

The place is nice, good for families and is also clean. The reception are always welcome and collaborative especially Adil and Fatime. But you will to take a cab (bolt) to get to Nizami street N/A

The suite is so spacious and very clean and comfortable The view was not very nice

Lobby was dark.

Room was a bit dark. Air-condition was switched off, asked the reception to switch-on, but they refused. Lobby was very dark because lights were always off. We had to ask the reception to switch them on. Only one elevator & always busy we had to wait. Overall the hotel was good.

Breakfast is continental & delicious. Rooms are clean & spacious. Staff are friendly, helpful & polite Mr. Ayaz was very cooperative manager. Safe & quiet hotel good for families. Rooms were a bit dark need brighter lighting. Lobby's lights were always switched off so it was very dark & dull. Only one left is there so we had to wait. Aircondition was off we asked the reception to switch on as it was little hot in the room but they refused.

Price Bad aircondition

The rooms are massive, the view is amazing. Highly recommend I’ll definitely come here next time. The staff is very helpful and the location is perfect None

Hotel was about 15 mins cab ride from the City Centre. Our room was very big but dated. Though room was non smoking our room smelt strongly of smoke and we had to leave the window open whenever we were in the room. Breakfast wasn't great. Staff were helpful enough
