It sits right in the heart of Baku, making it incredibly easy to walk to major attractions, fantastic restaurants, and vibrant local spots. * World-Class Staff: The service here is truly next-level. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. A very special thank you goes to Parviz at the front desk. He is an absolute superstar! His exceptional professionalism, warm hospitality, and endless helpfulness made a huge difference in our trip. He truly went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed, always with a big smile. This hotel is a masterclass in hospitality. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely return on our next visit to Baku! Nothing.

Be careful the street front of the hotel is blocked and u have to walk on foot for awhile to reach the hotel Blocked street and have to walk for a while with my bags to reach the hotel

I had an excellent stay at The Merchant Baku. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was a great choice — the room was beautiful, comfortable, and the balcony added a special touch to enjoy the atmosphere of Baku. The hotel’s location, design, cleanliness, and service were all outstanding. A special thanks to Jafar at the front desk for his kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality. He made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Merchant Baku and look forward to returning again.

What id didn’t like? I didn’t like that I had to leave it :)) everything was more than perfect!

The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we checked in, the team assisted us with everything we needed and patiently answered every question we had. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were absolutely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and professional. Although the hotel does not have its own swimming pool, we were kindly offered access to the facilities of the hotel across the street, which was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 205 for two nights. There was a little street noise around 1:00 a.m., but it did not affect our overall experience or rest, and of course, this is not the hotel’s fault. The room was big, comfortable bed and everything was clean. The area was quiet as well yet it was close to the center which we appreciated greatly. The breakfast was excellent.
