The location was excellent. The fact that our original room was not the one we received, and the fact that we had to argue with the front desk until we were offered a better room. The price difference was ridiculously high. The room we originally booked faced the wall of an adjacent building. We paid extra for a much larger room, but had multiple issues with it, beginning with the TV remote not working, the TV mounted on a side wall very far from the bed, and the shower that clogged and smelled, so I had to unclog it myself because housekeeping took too long. Other rooms in the same category we reserved were right above a nightclub or with a half-window. The snack bar near the rooftop pool was not operational, and the SPA consists of one treatment room operated by an external masseuse, not as published on the site.

Clean The location of Boutique 19 Hotel is excellent BUT Unfortunately, our stay was seriously impacted by the noise from the adjacent nightclub OR bar. The music continued until around 3:00 a.m., making it impossible for us to get a proper night’s sleep. As we had an early morning flight, we arrived at the airport completely exhausted. While the hotel itself is well located, I would not recommend it to travelers who value a quiet night’s rest unless they can be guaranteed a room on the opposite side opposite. Sleep quality is a fundamental part of any hotel stay, and unfortunately this experience fell well below expectations

Great hotel with amazing staff who truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast is very good, and both the chef and the manager personally check with guests to make sure everything is satisfactory and to see if there’s anything else they need. The acoustic is not so good

Absolutely beautiful, such a cozy place and really nice for couples. The entire staff was lovely and really helpful. The breakfast is amazing and with a nice view! The location is superb too as you're in the middle of everything and get to walk around everywhere! Also thank you to the girl that was bartending who took lovely pictures of us! Nothing really as any queries or issues we had were resolved quite quickly by the front desk

Location is perfect and the hotel itself has very intellectual history of old Azerbaijanian life stile reflected in the drawings hanged all over the walls in corridors. I enjoyed looking at these pictures. Its just beautifully decorated hotel. I advise guests to see. Breakfast is more than good . Room service was excellent. Little things like the two levels in the room that need to be careful when moving at night. Shower could have bar for old people to hold while showering.
