Azar, the reception staff is so helpful, he helped us find a car and tried with different drivers until he managed to find someone suitable for us. He is very friendly and had a great attitude. I would recommend staying there.

We found this gem in the Old City of Baku, which is a beautiful city and well-worth visiting. The staff was very accommodating, with a tasty breakfast available shortly after calling down to announce one's approach, then somebody cleans your room while enjoying said tasty breakfast. The balcony and views of the Caspian Sea were an added bonus. Can't think of anything.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the Old City in Baku. My room on the top floor was very quiet (I'm a light sleeper and appreciate that the hotel staff could accommodate my request), spacious, and comfortable. It was for the first time that I had a soft mattress, which my back appreciated. Shower had a great water pressure, toiletries (shampoo and shower get), towels were pristine white. Sink was convenient and of descent size. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choices: jams, honey, yogurt; two varieties of hard cheeses and 3-4 of soft (spreadable) cheeses. Eggs (boiled, omelette), white bread, sausage, a huge heap of herbs with a cucumber and tomato, cookies, sweets, and hot/cold drinks. It was truly filling. And Azer will make sure that you are happy with your breakfast. The biggest asset and value of this hotel is its staff--Azer and another lad whose name, unfortunately, I didn't inquire about. Both are so incredibly helpful, considerate, and kind individuals. The first guy carried my luggage to the top floor of hotel (this being the Old city recognized as UNESCO heritage site, installation of elevators is not allowed/possible). Upon check out, Azer, for instance, volunteered to help me out as I was moving from hotel to a nearby rental apartment. He carried my 20kg luggage from the top floor of the hotel and then for a nearly half kilometer to the new location. This is unbelievably kind and wonderful service. Azer, you are the kindest person that I have encountered during my 30 years of international travel. If I come back to Baku, I'm, without a doubt, staying in this hotel. Thank you, thank you so very much for making my stay in Baku so wonderful!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, etc., which made getting around the city very convenient. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm and helpful attitude really enhanced the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my visit. For the price, I felt this hotel offered great value for money. It’s a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay without overspending. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

My husband and I had a truly lovely stay at the Two Seasons boutique Hotel in Baku. From the warm welcome to the spotless rooms, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, and a special thanks goes to Ajaz, who was especially helpful throughout our stay—always ready with a smile and great local tips that made our trip even better. The English breakfast each morning was a delight—fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The hotel’s attention to cleanliness and comfort really stood out, making it feel like a home away from home. Azerbaijan itself was amazing—so welcoming and full of charm. We left with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for the hospitality we received. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful and heartwarming stay.

Very good

Enjoyed my stay at Two Seasons with its amazing views and good service. The breakfast options were satisfactory. The staff are kind and courteous. The only drawback is the uphill location in Old City Town, making it challenging for those with kids, infants, senior citizens or a pram/wheel-chair to venture out to the main road.

Breakfast was good and almost custom made. We took a cab from the airport there and as the hotel is inside the Old City. You have to get down outside the gates and carry your luggage to the hotel. Which is quite a bit of a walk.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town. They serve delicious breakfast and were always very kind and friendly. Picked us up in the middle of the night because our driver couldn’t get to the hotel due to the formula 1 city circuit - very lovely! Furniture is a bit outdated but well maintained.

The very good thing it is located in Old City itself. Walking distance to Nizami st and to all tourist spots. They make sure everyday our room is well maintained and clean. We booked a room with balcony overlooking the flame towers, unwined during the night?. A special thanks to the hotel receptionists, Ali and Javid, they were really very hospitable, helpful and polite. As well as to the cook, Aksar, who prepared our everyday healthy breakfast even it was all same menu every morning we never got bored with the food. It was an excellent stay at Two Seasons Boutique Hotel, you guys deserve 10/10 ratings?. None

Helpful staff! Note - If you rent the room with balcony and sea view it's a 4th floor walk up! Room is modern and nice .... But balcony is not shaded so hot and sea view not impressive.
