On the other hand, communication with the hotel was very difficult. The email on their website does not work, there is no WhatsApp number, and they did not respond to messages on Booking.com. Even customer service could not reach them by phone. This became especially stressful when they tried to charge my credit card, although my reservation was “no prepayment.” I received “action required” messages, which put my booking at risk of cancellation. Breakfast could also be improved, as the variety was quite limited, mostly plain vegetables.

Really good location right next to the entrance of the old town. Very stylish design of the rooms and common area are fantastic. Very clean. Good and cheap breakfast if needed. Staff are amazing and super helpful.

The only good thing is the location you can go to all the attractions walking distance Since the check-in the experience was so bad there is a lady with curly bland hair in the reception she didn't even stand up when we entered the hotel no welcome nothing she just said you have reservation? Next we asked for help with the luggage Since there is no elevator its only stairs there is a man standing there with uniform also the answer was I'm alone i can't help We entered the room the smell was disaster it was the washroom smell everywhere in the room we contacted the reception she sent that man to check and the answer was we can't do anything the smell it's everywhere at the hotel and we can't change the room we are fully booked "no sorry no i will try my best to change the room nothing " she give us spray that's it and by the way they refused to help us with the luggage on purpose that man is working with her as he came to check the room later I contacted the customer service regarding this matter and no response Day after it was snowing and when the snow started dissolve the water was coming to the room from the wall we woke up and the room was full of water everywhere The only good stuff she was a lady middle age with black hair she was very nice and helpful smiling all the time i want to thank her and tell her keep it up what you are doing is the real customer service thank you

Loved the rustic meets modern vibe of the decor - gorgeous exposed historic stone walls with clean Scandinavian style furniture. Bathroom was great as well - shower + bathtub and nice toiletries. Cute coffee shop attached to the hotel was a great bonus and a quiet place to work. N/A

- Newly furnished Hotel with an astonishing combination of modernity furnitures in classic walls. - It has its own Cafe which makes it unique. - The sound of footsteps on the floors can be heard from the room, which is quite annoying. - It would be better if the room’s curtain had blackout fabric to block the sun while sleeping.
