They refused to let me pay by card although they had the payment device because they don’t want to lose the transaction fees. And also there is no garden view at all also there is no city view because it is surrounded by other buildings

The place is nice, cute, and budget friendly. The shower is fine, ac is working, breakfast is delicious, and has a beautiful view to the whole city

Just location I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I provided my credit card when I did my booking, but the hotel refused to accept card payments upon arrival, even though they had a card terminal. They insisted on cash only. Since I arrived on Sunday, banks were closed, so I had to wait until Monday to exchange money. Instead of understanding the situation, the man from reception became rude and raised his voice, criticizing me for traveling without cash, even though I had both cash in USD and a credit card. This man also tried to tell me which bank I should use to exchange my money, although I preferred to use a bank I already knew with a better exchange rate. What shocked me the most was that he did not trust me to return after exchanging money. He asked an elderly housekeeping woman, who was also responsible for preparing breakfasts, to accompany me to the bank and collect the payment from me directly. I have stayed in Baku several times before and never experienced such treatment in other hotels. This was my first and definitely my last stay here. I cannot recommend this hotel at all!!!

All was good. It was worth the price and of course the amazing view from the room.

I liked about the lication Staffs were so friendly but when I was leaving I asked a staff to help me with my suitcase from stairs he confidently refused I felt bad but I had to call my driver to assist me.

The hotel is located within the old city and close to all the tourist attractions in Azerbaijan. The bed was not comfortable Cash payment only, no KNET accepted Language: No English or Arabic spoken, only Azerbaijani

Property need some renovation, old mattress, bathroom shower is very slow and water gets stagnant. Others are ok.

Location was okay Working AC Awful bed, you could feel every single spring in the mattress Constant noise and employees yelling all the time until midnight Breakfast was very simple, not bad, just without any variety The breakfast photo is very deceiving :) Probably alright for a short stay but can't really recommend it

The staff were amazing and tried their best to accommodate your requests, the location is number one, I was planning to stay only for 4 days and I had to extend for another 3 more days because I was well taken care of. I really suggest the old city inn hotel. I didn't like the fact that I had to leave because my vacation was finished.
