Nothing, but guy from Dagestan was very polite and helpful The room keys don't work (yes, every time you ask the receptionist to open the room), homeless people are looking for food in the trash right under the window (see photo), a room with traces of smoking, the guys at the reception don't understand English. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but the staff says it was canceled. Also they ask you to pay for the booking by card2card transfer (are you serious?) and at first they refused to return the money in case of early cancellation
