Nothing as such

The location is good, View from balcony is good. The staff is too good and very helpful. The breaksfast was simple and tasty the fact that i enjoy it more as compared to fancy breakfast i did in other hotels. Staff is not fluent in english. So it's a bit hard to communicate with them.

The hotel is located in the 5th floor of an apartment building. The location is absolutely perfect! You reach within 10 minutes the famous Flame towers and Old city, too. The same to the Boulevard. The view is as well great, you are at the top and have great view on city, ocean, Flame towers. Really lovely. Breakfast is basic and everyday the same. Our room - Three-Bedroom Apartment - was really huge and had all we needed - comfortable beds, towels, hairdryer and toilet paper. Still I missed the rooms to be more equipped. For example there was no table and chair where the whole family could sit. But for a 4 nights stay it was good and as said, the main plus is the location.

Good location. And view Staff pretending to be nice. But their frustrations shows they were aggressive.

Not all the rooms are facing sea front, which was disappointing for us since we got a room facing the road. So its better to message the property before hand, to check the availability of seafront rooms.

Best Location although it is at a little hike, nearest to every touristic place. Clean and comfortable rooms. At the given price, definitely worth it.

It's near from all famous places.

Location is very good nearby flame tower and beach. Room is specious and clean , family is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but ok for this deal but my son like the egg, every day breakfast is same they should improve it then it will be superb.overall everything is good. No variety in breakfast no toaster no coffee machine?

The accommodation was excellent, the staff doesn't know English but they dealt us very sweetly. Morning breakfast was lavish. Not a sea view actually but #highly_recommended and #budget_friendly

The WIFI was excellent! Breakfast was good but could have been better with change in menu on a daily basis. The bed was very good. Hot water was available in the showers The view from the balcony was good but we wanted the sea view and that was not available as the name of the hotel is 'Baku Sea View Hotel' and this is deceitful if the room is not facing the sea. The shower area did not have space to put the toiletries while showering. Bathroom was very small and the light in the shower was not there. Also staff understands no English at all

Average property No staff availabilty through out the day, no front desk, no room service. Same food all days

Too many stairs, the staff doesn't understand english and cleaning is not upto the mark

Nice view from balcony. Apartment very specious. Staff very helpful and nice. Bath didnt have a plug and jacuzzi system didn’t work, kettle had to be placed on the floor to use as the wire didn’t stretch from the cabinet to the plug socket. TV didn’t work. No hot water for final day but I received a refund for this.
