The property was calm not noisy if you want to sit back and relax

The location; just 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. Staff are so kind and they will do anything to accommodate your request. It’s very expose to the environment, but that is as well the beauty of the place.

Everything was lovely. The staff was exceptional and the food was great as well. Just getting to the location is kind of tough but it’s very close to one of the most beautiful beaches. So it was worth it

The manager was attentive, kind and accommodating of all requests Not a negative, but you would need a car or scooter to get around easily from this area of Denpasar if your goal is to play tourist. Otherwise highly recommend for getting away from the city to relax on the property or visit the beach.

Petra and the whole team were brilliant. The food was exceptional and the team couldn’t do enough. So kind and welcoming. Plus I had an excellent massage - highly recommend. A/C was good, room was clean. The location was a little disappointing as I was hoping for some beach time. But if you’re looking for pool time, great food and a safe, relaxing environment, it’s great.

I did not like it. Unfortunately. We had a terrible experience at this hotel. They put me in a room I didn’t book because they extended the previous guest’s stay. They didn’t inform me beforehand and were extremely rude when I said I wouldn’t stay in a room I didn’t reserve. Terrible customer service. By the way, there’s a great hotel just around the corner called The Balangan Hotel. It’s amazing, feels like a resort, and is even cheaper.

Clean and nice Fancy price for food and drinks

The hotel was walking distance to the beach and had a nice pool. The staff was very friendly! Petra was great and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of options and was tasty. I liked how you could refill your own water bottles in the common area. They play music by the pool all day, which was nice but it started early and ended late. If you have one of the rooms closer to the common area then the music is really loud. So if you like to sleep in or go to bed early (which I do), then you'll feel the bass. There also isn't much to do in the area besides go to the beach. There are a few restaurants and bars but not many options.

A few minor things: the hooks on the walls for towels were busted and need to be screwed back into the wall. That's pretty much it.

Nice and clean . the white colour is very pleasant The facilities offered for the price are quite limited—just the room and a swimming pool. The hotel arranged for a local cab that was extremely expensive by Bali standards, but they could have suggested using an app to order a cheaper taxi.Small details like these can make a stay much more pleasant. If you want extra bread, there's an additional charge. Considering the nightly rate, they could at least include an extra slice. Like I said small suggestions to make a stay more pleasant and comfortable.

Superb

The staff was very accommodating and very polite. They prepared breakfast earlier than they were open because we had an early flight. Beautiful decor in the room for our honeymoon. Staff trained us on how to drive the scooters.

Property looks really nice („instagram style”), bedroom and bathroom were spacious, comfy bed and lot of storage space. Room and pool cleanliness 10/10 . WiFi stable, breakfast very limited but really tasty. Short distance to really nice beach and cliffs It was really hard for driver to get into property due bad roads and constructions everywhere. Is a big contrast between property and area next to (like burning trash just at next corner). Property looks really good generally but some details should be refurbished like shower (water flowing halfway from the shower head and rain shower and the knob not working) or doors getting stuck when closing. We were negatively surprised with this details as after 4 stays in much cheaper guesthouses in Canggu, Ubud and Kuta we booked this over 4 time more expensive butique hotel for two nights expecting better quality but there wasn’t much difference :) Also we had probably bad lack as the purpose for us was to have one full day of chilling on the beautiful Instagram style pool after traveling for two weeks through whole Bali and this Saturday all day long they were mowing the grass just next to our sunbeds:(. Is really nice hotel but is an European price. I would be really happy having this quality for the price in Spain or Portugal but in Bali we expected more as similar stays can be booked for really lower prices. Also be aware of additional charity charge (nice initiative but should be mentioned before check in) and quite hight prices for additional coffees for breakfast and etc which we did not have in other places.

overpriced. For this money you can find in this area most good ratio (price:value). In menu (food, spa, drinks, …) prices indicates without 21% fees and 3% card fee.. so in final you get surprise in difference 24% :). the door of one room didn't hold - it would close - we had to insert some sort of holder underneath... Air conditioners are inconveniently placed - right above the beds... Very uncomfortable at night.
