I booked 2 rooms for my family of 6 since they had a sign on the door that said only 4 to a room. When I arrived they had my reservation but claim I only paid for one room. When I showed a receipt for a charge for 2 rooms the employee behind the counter was beyond UNhelpful and rude. Mind you it was after midnight and I just wanted to get my kids in bed. After being on the phone with Expedia who got everything fixed no thanks to Motel 6 we got up to the room and the safety latch was broken there was no hairdryer for my wife, the sheets were clearly dirty. Needless to say we will NOT ever be going to back to Motel 6.
