They could have done with firmer mattresses. They could also have done with additional sockets in the room. As it was, I had to unplug the kettle to charge my phone. Breakfast was very poor , and not enough of it.i.e only slice of toast.

The price was good for what I got. Noisy.

we ate twice in the attached restaurant. The evening dinner was great. The breakfast was awful, and it had a fly in it. literally the worst accomodation I've ever stayed in. It was laughably bad. Luckily we never neeeded to stay much time in the rooms, other than sleeping. Stains on the wall. human excremate caked onto the outside of the toilet. The bed was fine and the shower was good, although the duvet and pillows had stains on them. I was in a double room, however my mate was in a single room and it genuinely was disgusting. It gave off smack den vibes.

In centre of balloch a few minutes walk from rail station and near shops. Local coop supermarket to be found across the bridge beyond the bus station. Unfortunately the park hotel adjacent bar/lounge host late night parties Friday and Saturday evenings stated on a notice but not on website between 10 pm and 1 am however this turned into a very late 2:45am stint and it was loud . Therefore little chance of a sleep. In addition the room I had overlooked the carpark but there was always the noise of the extractor fans from a kitchen area on most of the day and evening too.

Location was good. It was unclean, smelt bad, the shower leaked constantly, the decor was poor and it felt unsafe. The noise from the bar downstairs was awful.
-
Location. Not what was advertised on Bookind.com. Flooring was broken, staff were drinking beer where customers entered, door would not lock properly you needed a wee trick to lock it. Disgusted this facility is on Bookings.
-
Location was good When we arrived, the receptionist told us that there would be a Karoake that night, there was no appology about the noise which went on until 1200.
-
Friendly staff and parking Basic, old and not so clean room. One shower and two toiletes for all floor. In the morning there was no toilete paper. The bathroom was dirty.

Tricky one.... The check out guy the following morning was lovely, polite and efficient. Quite astonishing to find a hotel that was so lacking. The owners clearly don't care about delivering a good service. . Everything about it was wrong. I can't think of anything positive to say, sadly.
