Great location, well equipped pod, lovely hot showers. Perfect for an overnight stay. Nothing.

Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise anyone who needs a reliable internet connection for work to think carefully before booking. The Wi-Fi was so poor that I could not even open emails properly. I contacted reception during my stay and asked whether there was another area with a better connection, but I was told that no alternative was available. Because I could not perform basic work duties, I had no choice but to leave one night early. Despite reporting the problem and trying to find a solution before leaving, no suitable alternative or compensation was offered. I was not expecting high-speed internet — only a usable Wi-Fi service as advertised. I am posting this review so other guests, especially those travelling for work, are aware before booking. Lovely clean site, landscaped for privacy. Good amenities on site and close walk into town with plenty of choice for groceries. Ideal location. Pid had microwave and small fridge, ideal. Will book en suite though next time as running water and toilet was missed.

Lovely campsite. Nice pod and clean toilet block Beds not made up. Cups too small. No staff or office open. No little shop for milk and basics

Spacious caravan with comfortable beds. Loved the hot tub. A lingering doggy smell

The location was fantastic The pod was very small and we found it difficult to move around. There were lots off dog hair on the bedding. The toilet facilities are too far from the pod’s especially if you needed to use them during the night.

I have been here so many times and it just gets better ✨️✨️ I took my sister down for her birthday as she had never been before and was blown away with the overall performance ✨️✨️ The staff and the atmosphere within the park is sp peaceful but outside the park you have a beautiful Chinese restaurant called the Princess Rose and again a beautiful restaurant with amazing staff us a beautiful short walk into Balloch with boat trips,parks and beautiful restaurants;café etc It's definitely worth visiting ☺️ We couldn't fault anything plus
