Great shower, if that matters to you. (It does to us.) Didn't visit the speakeasy in the basement, but I did peek in, and it looked like a great bar...intimate and dark. We didn't use the $65 valet parking, instead parking two blocks down at 1530 Thames St. I think I paid $26 from 2:00 pm til 10:00 a.m. the next day. Great garage. This wasn't a drawback for us on the fourth floor, but our room faced out onto the main square, and it was a summer Friday night. However, we barely heard any noise as the weekend revelry (aka Young People Having Fun) got ramped up the later it got. Countless restaurants and bars to walk to. Overall, excellent hotel.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located near places of interest. We were meeting friends docked at a local marina and our son, who lives in Baltimore. Parking was a bit of a challenge. We parked on the street and weren't quite sure if we would get a ticket, or get towed, and the hotel staff weren't quite sure. Fortunately, the parking worked out fine.

The location is great and the hotel is beautiful. We were in Baltimore for a concert, which meant that prices were significantly higher than usual. However, if I’m paying over $700 for a night, I shouldn’t have to ask for basic amenities like toilet paper and do-not-disturb signs. We were assigned a room on the second floor, and upon taking the elevator to the second floor, we were surprised to find that we had to go up two separate sets of stairs to reach our room. I wish the front desk had informed us to expect this. When we arrived on a weekday, we noticed a sign stating they offered a breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. The next morning, still a week day, we went to the restaurant expecting the buffet, but instead found it was a sit-down, full-service dining option. When we inquired about the buffet, the staff seemed unaware of what we were referring to, rather than simply explaining that it wasn't available that day. We checked again in the lobby and saw that the sign was gone. The same server attended to us; she did her job adequately, but her demeanor was quite stiff, making it feel as though we were bothering her. I ordered a $19 bagel (which was supposed to be a croissant, but they were out) sandwich with bacon, egg, avocado, and cheese, and it was delicious.

Location was amazing and the hotel was very clean and staff was great. You can’t find a better location

We only stayed 1 night but I will definitely be back. The area is so pretty and nice! Lots of food and bars within 10 minutes walk, most closer than even that! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the bedding was SUPER comfortable. Hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Beautiful room and the staff was so helpful! Great location. Parking is a bit pricey but location is worth it!

Our room did not have a TV remote and when we called down to report that, they said we should come to front desk to get one. No big deal but would have expected them to (apologetically) bring one to me. Also, our room was situated right above the lobby and the ambient music from the lobby piped right in through our vents - as if it was intended for our room.

Location was very convenient Despite the convenient location, Saturday night was EXCEPTIONALLY NOISY!!! This not only refers to the noise off the street, but also the inconsiderate “slob” patrons who think nothing of speaking at the top of their voices entering and exiting hallways all night, or having conversations in the hallway. The following morning I was also almost run over by someone running through the hall!

The William Fell was a first class hotel! Great, spacious room in a gorgeous hotel. Definitely will stay here again. All of Fells Point is a short walk away.

This is a great location and a very nice old building and renovated boutique hotel. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance! Easy to get to Little Italy! The water taxi picks up and drops off right in front of the hotel.

Plan for a controlled riot outside after dark. The streets are barricaded so no cars can pass unless you can show the Police Officer you’re staying there.

Well appointed hotel in a great location! Rooms are clean and spacious. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The on-site dining was very good, especially the basement bar, which makes excellent classic cocktails.

Location: Close to water front and water taxis. Plenty of nearby eateries and pubs The late night crowd noise
