Reviews
-
Nice 2nd floor with swimming pools and workout areas.
-
The rooms smell and it doesnt look like its being thoroughly cleaned.
-
Rooms were clean, staff was polite.
-
The property is conveniently located and well maintained.

The AC in the room we stayed was mid and didn’t cool the entire room Pool should be mentioned at check and explained that it is part of the fitness center as well as its location. Took me 45 minutes to figure out its location. Paying for parking daily on top of the room fee was a surprise to us and we do not find that to be fair. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay!

Amazing stay
-
The staff was great. The food in the restaurant was awesome, however not complimentary. The room could’ve been cleaner. There was a smell in the room. It wasn’t strong but it left me with he impression that the previous occupant had a strong body odor.
-
The staff was amazing and very informative, helpful and kind.

Staff - particularly Pablo went out of their way to accommodate and help with information during our stay

The shower was literally the only thing I liked about my stay. 1. Check in was scheduled for 3 but no rooms were available so I didn't get my room till about 4pm. 2. The carpet in hallway had ripples in it which cause us to trip on it. 3. Tv was entirely too small. 4. Beds kept sliding off the box springs and kind of low to the ground. 5. Wallpaper was peeling on all the walls. 6. Lamp shades were dirty and torn. 7. For $600 I expected more from my stay.

convenient and good service it was really nice no complaints
-
at checkin, about 3;40 pm,sir, your room is not ready yet, cmon people.
-
location to water it was overpriced and the rooms and the halls had a stale, musty odor. Between the carpet and the old nasty furniture in the rooms more specifically the sofa bed, I would have expected so much more from the Hilton brand.

Clean

Parking is easy and having in and out privileges in Baltimore is key. The hotel itself needs a little updating. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but the wall paper was peeling in some corners and the fixtures in the bathrooms needed to be tightened.
-
Closeness to the inner harbor Staff was inattentive and the pool closed at 5. We couldn’t use the pool because our check in was delayed by 45 minutes room wasn’t ready.
-
The front desk was exceptionally helpful and had the perfect warm and welcoming demeanor, particularly the African-American associate who was at the end of the front desk (closest to the elevators that go up to the rooms). She really set the tone for our stay. The view of the fountain that we had from our room was also a beautiful surprise.
