Baltimore Marriott Waterfront

I loved the harbor view. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful.

The view of the harbor was amazing.

Check-in was super easy from start to finish. The staff were nice and helpful with all questions. There wasn't room service but the bar was open when I got back to the hotel and was able to order food, which was delicious by the way. The room was comfortable and floor was quiet. There wasn't much in the little shop area but there is a CVS that is closeby which made getting things I forgot to pack easy and convenient to get. The location is great for events and although is close to a bunch of shops and restaurants, remains fairly quiet. Overall, loved the stay and would definitely come back.

Parking.. self parking deck is available. Not to difficult to use. Something to remember. 5-8 floor only. I can do in and out during my stay without additional charge.

When we reached the hotel, the staff at the desk said they don’t have records of our reservations. We showed them our emails and confirmation of reservations from Expedia, still they couldn’t find it and advised us to contact Expedia which we did. After 30 mins of phones calls they finally able to find our reservations, we paid and charged including amenities that include breakfast for two. The next morning, when we were ready for breakfast, the staff at the desk named; Luciana and Jay told us that they don’t have records of us for breakfast despite showing up to them our reservations that includes breakfast for two. They didn’t bother to help us either. We feel that this stay caused us more inconvenience than expected. We paid breakfast for 3 days which we didn’t get. No help from the staff. We expect prompt communication, compensation, a solution, or better service from the staff.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. The view from my room was amazing. Elevator was fast. Didn’t like the slide door for the bathroom, would rather have a regular door with a lock.

Room was very well kept.
