A uniquely beautiful house where you feel very welcome and home. Loved the small details of architechture. Great old windows and terrace, beautifully renovated and my room even had a sauna ( rose). extremely comfortable bed. very clean, very beautiful and comfortable. Considering to come back all perfect

Tha house is beautifully located , about 25 minutes walk from Ivrea Old Town. Spectacular views from the windows and garden. Perfect breakfast, lots of different things, both sweet and non-sweet. Great coffee. Hosts were amazing, very welcomming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Although the place was wonderful, I still think it was too expensive.

Quiet location, nice swimming pool and the owner super nice! Good breakfast It was not possible to close the shades on the windows and we woke up very early in the morning.

I arrived very late at night, but unlike most places where you get instructions that never make any sense, getting into the property was extremely quick and easy. The size of the room was much larger than I expected, as was the bathroom and the place was spotless. The bed was very comfortable ad the linen smelled fantastic. The room had shutters as well so you cold make it pitch black. Needless to say I slept well. In the morning, the breakfast was great, with a very wide selection. There was also a magnificent view of the Italian Alps. Mostly though, it was the staff that made the difference. Both lovely and extremely hospitable. My only disappointment was not staying for more days. Literally nothing! Perfect stay.

large bed, good shower, nice room, nice pool, friendly owner breakfast room is too small. sitting too close to fellow guests balcony is fully gated. you look like an animal in a zoo.
