No air-conditioning. Only one desk fan, extension leads would have been useful as it was difficult to find somewhere to plug in. The river flow is very noisy - earplugs recommended.

The location is perfect, they were super helpful in helping me check in late and super friendly and nice. The room was perfect. Comfy bed and warm blanket, could see the river and mountains from the window.

Beautiful setting overlooking the rushing Dora Baltea River and kayakers. Good location for exploring Ivrea and good value for money. Big well-equipped kitchen. Not a problem for me but not exclusive to pilgrims. Some guests were working in the city and staying there longer term.

Great location with nice riverside walks. 2 mins from train station. Can be difficult to find the pathway to the hotel.

The location is very good and gives beautiful view of the city. It was very affordable (as a pilgrim you also get a discount if you have a credential) and clean. I liked that there was a well equiped kitchen with coffee available. Also the owner was very friendly and helpfull. The comfort of the dormroom could be improved with some small adjustments (separate bedlamps in stead of 1 big light, a (lockable) space for your belongings, more charging possibilities). The showerfacility could also be made more comfortable by being able to lock the shower (right now its just a shower curtain separating you from the a shared space m/f), providing a space to keep your belongings inside the showerspace. Because the booking.com page is bew it needs some more info on how it works with checking in, additional costs, breakfast e.d.

The manager went above and beyond for us. We got delayed due to travelling from France on a holiday - we arrived just before 1am to a very accommodating and smiling manager.
