Location, just a little off the Via Francigena. Room and shared bathroom exceptionally clean. Host welcoming, friendly, and very responsive. Thank you for upgrading me to a room with a kitchenette. Excellent value for money. Nothing I didn't like

It was clean, also the shared bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Room had a balcony. Quiet neighborhood. Very thin walls. When the neighbor watched television or had a phone call, it was clearly present. If someone used the hairdryer also. No lift; means that you had to climb three stories. Shared bathroom (but this was known before). Overpriced.

The tea and coffee facilities were a kettle and a mug. This is ok, but all the sockets are hidden behind the furniture The shower cubicle could do with a more thorough clean There are some coins under the single bed

It is simple, in line with the price. So don't expect luxury. Expect functionality, friendly people, a clean place, good vibes. I really enjoyed my stay. They allowed me to check in earlier as there were no other guests checking out. Good communication. Really recommended.
