Nothing Receptionist was not sure of booking and claim booking was not in system

The photos showed is not the same as what you will get. The room is not ready. We have upgrade our stay from deluxe room to suit room with a hope the room will be better. But it is worst. We have to request for a clean towels for more than 5 hours to receive it. Then they gave us the towels which is still wet because there is no other towels left in the property.

the location was convenient and the staff was helpful and polite the cleanliness, very dirty bed! bed sheets and pillows are dirty! the bathroom is a hell hole! it’s extremely dirty and there was a leakage that kept us awake all night!

I was stayed in deluxe suite an it’s spacious. - the manager asked me to pay more than in the app. the property has their own rate and its weird to charged us on that way. we have to debate and take almost two hours for finally we able to get into the rooms without pay more than in the app booking.com
