Do not book this place!!! There seems to be a problem between the hotel and OYO. I had to pay cash at the hotel and was then charged by OYO for a no show.

It was cheap and had A/C Google Maps took us to the wrong location. Make sure you put in the address provided by booking.com and don't trust the Google Maps search

It is a good location if you are transiting between harbour and airport. They charge extra for towels and soap.
