1. Toilet - no toileteries and amenities, the pipe is wrongly installed since the hose pipe is far to use, the towel hanger is too near the shower. 2. TV - worst reception and acclaimed 4 channel but none can be watched. The TV had been installed just with a cable and look so weird hanging like that 3. Aircond is dirty and someone put tissue to hold still the slide 4. 3 mugs in the room but no instant coffee or tea. even at the hot/cold water machine no instant tea/coffee..so what is the purpose of the mugs? 5. The sliding door curtains is too long with the size 6. The door to the balcony is rusty and quite hard to open it..the best part the hotel management know about this since they told me exactly this 7. If i can..i will asked for partial refund for the experience that i get from the hotel

Strategic locotiaon, the hotel nearby tealive, speedmart, restaurant and others shop I think the price should be below rm100 include tax based on space/ width of the room is small
