The rooms are all in good condition and clean, not like before, a little dirty, just have to watch out for the little cockroaches near the dresser. I don't like the rude behavior of your Bangla employee who is in charge of the cashier. He was rude. He called me on WhatsApp at 2am and then knocked on the door, disturbing people without using his brain. When I entered, I was charged with 10 but the charge is not written on the receipt.. Please fire employees like that. Thank you

Nothing. Really dirty Everything especially toilet. Toilet floor is too dirty with the black stain everywhere. My feet feel itchy and the shower nozzle has a black mold. The ceiling also has a black mold.

location I booked two rooms, but upon arrival, I was informed that the property was overbooked. They initially told me they would refund my payment and advised me to find another hotel. However, since I had made full payment well in advance, I insisted that I still needed the rooms. They then provided me with the owner’s contact number, and when I reached out to him, he blamed Booking.com for the overbooking, claiming they had no control over it. He also advised me to cancel my booking to receive a refund. I refused and stated that I would file a police report and officially lodge a complaint with Booking.com. Shortly after, the staff called me back, informing me that one room was available and they would allocate it to me. The next morning, they asked me to pay for the room, claiming that my booking had been canceled the previous day. When I checked my email, I found a cancellation confirmation, but I never initiated the cancellation myself. I need clarification on whether the cancellation was done by the property. If so, this is extremely upsetting.
