I love the mountain scenary from our bedroom and dining room as well The service of pool was not good because there was no staff standby at pool when we swam at 12 a.m so we didnt get any towel

The room is according to the picture provided. The Staff are friendly. Food is varied and delicious. The Hotel is in a nice location and is also clean.

The spacious room, clean and nice staff in restaurant w/ good bfast, got upgraded coz some case to suite but d bathroom has bad smell (it’s really shame) We stay 1 night twice w/ 2 rooms, 1st I thought that the hotel was so good w/ nice staff but my 2nd stay change everything, after we got unresponsive and un respected from d manager of d hotel himself about our request for the room, we just want to hv our room as we request in d booking w/ and 2 rooms same floor as w r families w/ kids and our next check in w be late so we ask him to reserv d room for us, but really disappointed that we got rooms other side of our booking, after complaints we got 2 rooms same floor far away each other and not as our booking side either. Back down to complaints and just to satisfied us by gave us upgrade to suite only for 1 room and other room other floor. It’s doesn’t solve the problem anyhow but we got really tired coz night got late and w really need to rest. And felt sorry the suite were we stay having bad smells in d bathroom, called them to fix it but things couldn’t.

The staff is very friendly and fast response Some trouble happened, AC was not work properly at the first time, drainage is blocked, swimming pool kinda old, i paid for the premium room with city view..somehow the vies was blocked by the banana and bamboo trees

Unfortunately with all those luxurious room,the wall only made from gypsum and we can hear sound from another room.i can not sleep as i got awaken by next room children who shout up in the middle of the night arround 1.00 am.i call the front desk and they respons very good.but still can not sleep very well as the room was not sound proof...i dont think not suitable for people seek for night quite sleep..?
