Lobby, room hallway were very warm and humid. Hallway with strong cigarettes odors Long hair found on the chair. Needle was found on the chair. Lacking face towels Lacking soap by the sink

Hotel asked for Down payment of 50% otherwise threatened reservation will be cancelled despite reservation was made under booking.com free cancellation and refundable policy. It is annoying since if i missed their message it will ruin my travel. Also I was the one that have to contact the hotel by whatsapp to ask for hotel's Bank BCA account number for DP payment, not the other way around. If this is the case, hotel should require pay in advance rather than threaten customer like that. Breakfast was slowly replenished. Room decor was nice, but constant noise from room next door, hallway and water pipe in the ceiling. Bathroom has no hand towel and hair dryer only available on request. Bath towel not replenished everyday. Arrived at around 22.15. No bellboy to help with the luggages at all. Only 1 receptionist standby despite full house info.
