Sadly now accor member cannot redeem the point after booking from booking.com. Moreover, seems like the property need some renovation.

Our reservation policy stated that we would be charged the 1st night for no show after 6 pm. Despite that policy, the hotel has cancelled our reservation when we arrived late just after 6 pm. During check-in, the hotel tried to give us twin bed room which we rejected since we asked for double bed. Then we were given double bed room which later was found out to be smoking room when we came into the room (our reservation was for non-smoking). Had to go back to the check-in counter to complain, and finally we were given double bed non smoking room as requested in our reservation. Didn't expect this kind of experience in Novotel.

Hotel was nice once but some maintenance issues especially around the pool Overcharged as they did not refund my deposit. In 3 months they are still not replying to or acknowledging my emails

The view from room is awesome! The staff is kind and polite. The food is awful. Besides, there’s no Latte for the buffet with such a price. The cleanness should be improved?, especially The Square restaurant and the Lounge Bar. The table and the tableware does not look clean, there’s stain on them.? The property is remote, so it’s without much choices of entertainment.

The view and the comfort was nice. The concept in the room is nice with an open view bath The room smell was dusty and it makes you uncomfortable if you don’t run the AC in high speed

The view and the infinity pool - both amazing. They also offer complimentary tropical fruit in the room when you check in, which was a nice touch. Not much to complain about, but it wasn't perfect. It was a bit hard to communicate in English with the reception. Also, the restaurant is not the best.I'd still love to go there again though.
