Gorgeous view from our room on the west side of the fifth overlooking the pool and the sea. Very well run upscale property. Valet parking was under hotel in secure garage. Hotel was located in a very quiet area of Bandol. Very nice balcony. Great bar area on the ground floor. Nothing.

The value for money is horrendous. Deco was made when Miami Vice was hot... Rooms are very uncomfortable not up to a 5 stars standard. Bathroom is from a 3 star hotel...

Terrible for singles. I stood out, and the staff were friendly but it was obviously that they were not used to solo travelers. Would set a table and room service trolley for 2 despite ordering for one and just having one person on the room reservation. I would not go back there on my own.

An excellent room with plenty of space. Ideally located to walk down the the promenade and all the bars and restaurants on offer. The staff were super friendly and helpful and in that respect a big thank you to Enzo who went above and beyond in helping us.

Very good breakfast Private beach is very nice (but I find not very fair that sunbeds have a 70€ cost per couple per day) Nice location Amazing restaurant! Sunbeds with extra charge for hotel guests Some hotel staff was a bit unfriendly

This property is amazing. Stunning views and facilities. Staff were so helpful. Would recommend It is very hard to fault this property, if there was one thing, I think charging for children’s breakfast at the same price as adults was pricey.

The location and pool facilities were fantastic. The beach restaurant also. Nothing much really. The en-suite bathroom in our room was starting to look slightly tired.

Clean hotel - and some excellent members of staff Holiday was ruined by a horrible incident the night before we left. Completely the hotel’s fault, they accepted that they made a mistake, but they did not acknowledge my letter of complaint (made contemporaneously) and no formal apology. Sadly we cannot recommend or return to this hotel because we would not want that experience again or the same for others.

Extremely pleasant Fights for the sun chairs - there should Be some rules imposed so the sun cream left on the bed for 3 hours doesn’t knock out use of a limited number of beds - service at pool A bit slow

I REQUESTED A BEAUTIFUL ROOM BUT WE RECEIVED THE WORST OF ALL OCEAN FRONT ROOMS ASIDE FROM THE ROOM BEING NOT WHAT I EXPECTED ALL WAS GOOD. THE ONLY ONE ISSUE IS THE FOOD MENU WAS QUITE POOR AND THE FOOD OFTEN COLD
