I am not satisfied about the bathroom cleanliness at this property. And before anyone says “well you only paid IDR 250,000 per night and what did u expect?” Oh well, please remember that cleanliness is literally the bare minimum for ANY capsule hotel. This is NOT my first time staying at Bobobox. I’ve stayed at Bobobox Juanda, Pancoran, and Kebayoran Baru, and the bathroom area were clean and comfortable. That’s why I was shocked by the condition of this bathroom property. Since it’s the same company, I assume the cleaning products and standards should also be the same. So why is this place not maintained like the other branches?? You have to see the hairdryer located on the 1st ground floor, it almost fell off from the wall. Is there no maintenance to fix that? Did anybody did not notice? I honestly think the housekeeping staff here need better training on how to properly use cleaning chemicals, especially to keep the bathrooms looking clean and white. Very disappointing experience compared to other Bobobox locations.
