The WiFi was terrible. Went in and out every few minutes. Became frustrating.

My room could have used a deep cleaning. Also, I was in a non-smoking room and I could smell cigarettes every time I entered.

Booking.com said the final price include a breakfast but when we ask about the breakfast the staff said not included.

Near Pasar Baru Bandung and The Laundry is in the same building. All the staff were so nice and it was my second time staying in the hotel.

No drinking water, no tea, no coffee, no dental kit, no fridge, no kettle TV yes but terrible scratchy reception Soap provided by the dispenser was blocked Black mould in the bathroom because they dont scrub the shower or toilet with bleach to clean them. Smell of dirty drains Water damage on the ceiling by the aircon Sad threadbare and frayed towels grey from 100s of users - take your own towel Pillow smelled like toe jam - take your own pillow!!! And don't sniff the mattress unless you want to throw up. For the love of of all things sacred, do NOT buy the breakfast. Its a box of cold food thats been left on someone's desk all night. Rice was dry and inedible, fried chicken was cold and greasy, tiny frikkadel was a cold oily lump and there was a tiny banana the size of a finger. No tea or coffee to wash that inedible food down. All I ate was the potato fritter and still got a bad bout of diarrhea within an hour. If you touch the food, stay near a toilet!!! Way too expensive for somewhere so horrible

I had a room on the 9th floor with a great view of the city surrounds. It was convenient for walking to Sudirman Street and Braga Street attractions and restaurants. The rooms and elevator feature old photographs of this area of Bandung years ago, and its possible to determine which buildings are still all or partially standing - quite cool The staff were not friendly or helpful. I arrived about 20 minutes before the check in time and they refused to check me in, but there are no seats anywhere to sit and wait. It’s the 7th floor of a mall basically so you can sit on the tile floor and wait. The room itself was clean but something was going on with the shower drain/plumbing as I kept getting flies coming up through it and hanging around the bathroom. At one point I counted over 20! I sprayed some strong insect repellent down the drain which kept them away for the rest of my time there but it’s a problem that needs a long term solution

Room is quite big. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this property. After a long 15-hour journey, I was looking forward to a well-deserved rest, but upon entering the room, I was shocked by its condition. The room was in an utterly unhygienic and unacceptable state: - Cobwebs and spiders were present in the corners. - There were visible cracks and stains on the walls. - Mold and heavy limescale buildup were found in the bathroom. - The bedding was stained, including suspicious marks that appeared unhygienic and inappropriate. - A pillow had a noticeable ink or paint stain. - No toilet paper provided It was immediately clear that staying in such conditions was not an option. The cleanliness level was far below any reasonable standard, and the room bore no resemblance to the images shown online. In fact, the environment gave more the impression of a short-stay "love hotel" rather than a proper accommodation for travelers. I approached the reception to cancel my booking. Although the receptionist didn’t speak English, I repeatedly said “cancel” until he understood. He refunded my 100,000 IDR deposit in cash, and removed my name from the check-in list. I have not slept a single night in that hotel. I had no choice but to find an alternative hotel immediately, which cost significantly more than my original booking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hygiene and transparency of their listings.
