Maybe our room was located in a noisy part of the the hotel but there were noises / banging on the hallway, above, below. Hard to sleep well through all the noise. I rated GOOD just because of the noise who was too much.

The location next to paris von java mall. the breakfast variety/quality was far above similar hotels. When i got to the room, the drinks cooler did not work, even replacemnet does not work. The Sauna at hotel is under maintennace. The Wifi hardly works at 2 bars when it should be 5 bars. I complained to manager, they shifted me to a better room on higher floor, everything worked there. If you plan to go, maybe send message to hotel asking them to check each of the above items at your room before you reach.

Love the location... Friendly staffs especially Melisna. She go all the way out to help my mum n aunt issues with their room. Thank you Meslina. Only 1 lift operating. N oso the floor i stayed on was renovating. Noisy... Plus i stayed on 2nd floor, noise from the cars and motorists.
