Location The room was terribly dirty from bedroom to shower. And bedding. I have been here before (dirty) but this time very very dirty. 1. 11 stains on duvet cover. 2. AC VENT was full of black grime and dust on the vent. 3. Rug on floor was not vacummed. 4. Shower floor, glass sliding door full on calcuim, hair and grime. And mildew all over walls. I wrote a handwritten letter to owner and management about my observations and complaints. They do not care. No applogie and reply. My conclusion is that the rooms are full of insects, dead skin, hair on floor, endelss stains on sheets. Sheets are all gray. And the AC is probably the one item that would make you very sick- black grime and dust on outside vent probably packed with bacteria etc... The owner and management have no sense of responsibility or sense of urgency to provide rooms that are sanitary, and clean. This is unacceptable.

some rubber mat in the bathroom would be great for danger of slippery floor,specially for old people just about the slippery bathroom floor

It’s a beautiful historic Building, it’s centrally located and close to Braga. Friendly staff. It’s sad to see the inside of the rooms, poor paint job. It needs a good cleaning and fixing!! So it looks to its former Glory!! The mattress is not comfortable too!!

Location, breakfast, lobby, art deco style, good pool. Lack of cleanliness, horrible moldy bathroom, run-down furniture, sound of some motors during the whole night.

The hotel is near by Asia- Africa street. Hotel loby is beautiful. The room is not good, as a 5 star hotel the room will be very good & bathroom also will be good. We Don't like actually room.
