- Concierge Services was bad. Koper2 dan tas2 tidak ada satupun yang membantu menurunkan dari mobil ke dalam hotel. Ini juga terjadi terhadap tamu2 yang lain. - Security. Ketika mobil akan keluar rupanya tiket masuk harus di stempel. Hal ini tidak diinfokan ketika mobil masuk dan juga oleh staf Cek-in juga tidak diinfokan. Sehingga hal ini menyulitkan dan membingungkan ketika mobil akan keluar. - Check-in Experience. Staff tidak menginfokan ketika nanti akan cek-out kartu kamar harus dikembalikan. Ketika cek-out kartu kamar diminta kembali. Untung saja kami menyimpan dengan baik. Karena kami biasa menginap di hotel (bintang 4 dan 5) yang tidak diminta kembali kartu kamar nya.

The location is amazing. Just a 2 min walk to Braga street, 2 mins walk to Asia Afrika Street, 1 Min walk to the Museum and in between so many coffee houses. If you dont feel like eating at the hotel, it is surrounded by street food and lots of other options. You can just use Grab or Bluebird to get around easily! The toilet is a little dated. Surrounding area can be super crowded over the long weekends so careful about that. Breakfast wise can have more varieties.

Love the location. Walking distance to shops , restaurants , etc . Buffet restaurant was great with many choices of food . A bit pricey at 12 CAD per person for breakfast . Rooms were a bit small with a weird location of washroom . Had a curved glass wall which took up more room than necessary .

I like the in house pizza and nasi goreng kambing. The pizza is the best, on the menu. Love the pillows, very comfortable. The room is to small, no tables. Quite a problem to dine in the room for in house menu.

The toilet is very mouldy and need to be thoroughly ckean. Please check the dustbin cover in the toilet and the tiles around the shower because it’s scattered with mould

Breakfast was great with variety of dishes. Love the hotel's strategic location at Braga Street where we're filled with tons of fun attractive places for entertainment, goods shopping and delicious street food. Should have better lobby toilet cleanliness.

The location very cebtralized where the action is . Plenty of cafes abd esteries around. I got was a suite room last min with a good price offer ., Room & furnitute looks dated and in need of a good make over. Locker not working . Plenty of locals / international group tours and families with young children .
