Room size and bathroom. Bathroom is badly constructed: as you open the door the passage to the toilet is blocked, and in a narrow space left you have to get behind the door, close it and then access the toilet. Doing all that in the middle of the night is sometimes a challenge. Since the bathroom is so small, a sliding door would solve the problem.

location was good right in the centre of Jalan Braga.. breakfast -spoilt for choice with many local food staff at the reception was friendly and accomodating

The breakfast spread was suprisingly good. We enjoyed the local menu selections, very delightful.

Location is perfect Bathroom is moldy, they could have just made an extra effort to spray some clorox to get rid of the mold on the wall

Great hotel in a great location. Beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. I really enjoyed the water coolers on each floor to refill my water bottle. Would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast and comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Fit our needs.

Rooms are not comfortable. You can hear people in other rooms talking. You can hear people walking in the aisle. You can hear cars and motorcycles on the streets. In addition, facilities are not good including swimming pool. Mini bar has no tea. Room was simple and it's size was relatively small.
