I stay couple of times in Hilton Bandung. The staff was great and helpful. Last time I stayed here, my daughter lost her earrings. I asked for help to search together with me. We couldn't find it at that time. Then I checked out. But the staff promised me to keep searching. In the afternoon I got a call from Hilton and said they found the earring. And will send it to my house. We are very happy and the day after the earring arrived in our home. Thank you and appreciate the service they gave. Well done!

The hotel is built with quality. All the internal fixtures and room were very nice. Food was not that good and service was not that attentive for a 5 star hotel

Beautiful property I tried calling 3 times prior to booking and then prior to arriving to ask which room to book for smoking. I looked at questions in the app and saw a hotel staff member had suggested delux for smoking so I booked that. I then messaged the property twice asking about smoking room and never received a reply. When I went to check in the woman told me that I would need the premium room for smoking and the cost would be double my original cost. I looked for the same day in the app and the room she told me I needed was 99 dollars, 25 dollars more than the room I had booked. I told her I would happily pay that extra but paying 140 dollars from 72 dollars was too much especially since I could see that room available for 99 dollars. I spoke with someone else on the phone and after one and a half hours; they downgraded my room to a lesser room for my original cost and refused to give me the premium room even if I paid that 99 price. I never asked for anything free and only refused to pay 142 for the room I could clearly see for 99 dollars. I sent them screenshots of everything from my phone calls and messages to the cost on booking.com for the room they wanted 142 at 99 dollars. I have worked in customer service for most of my life and have no idea why they refused to just do what was obviously the right thing to do and I will never stay in here again because they were just trying to screw me out of an extra 50 dollars and for what ?? The room was available and the cost via booking.com was 99 which I clearly agreed to pay but they refused and only said that on their computer the cost was double my original 72 dollar room.

Good hotel, but nothing to write home about. Big rooms, well furnished, big windows letting in a lot of light. Clean, but the interior starts showing traces of wear and tear. Breakfast with a lot of choice of decent quality. Pool is quite big. My room started having a smell of plumbing, not sure if that was from the bathroom or the ventilation. It's in theory in walking distance to the train station (Feeder train of Woosh), which would be convenient to avoid being stuck in traffic. But the side walks of the 600m stretch are in bad condition which makes rolling a suitcase difficult. For the price I paid (but that's perhaps due to the dates), I would have expected higher standards overall.

Our rooms were not ready in time for check in. The pool I find was not as clean as I had hoped it would be but considering it was peak time.

Everything! Breakfast & breakfast view & variety was great. Rooms were so spacious- had two double beds which accomodated our family of 4. All is clean. Good and helpful staff. Swimming pool is awesome! Pizza place had really good pizzas. Service could be a bit more prompt. We asked for extra towels. It took them abit of time to deliver.
