The hotel is very close to the train station.

The hotel is only a ten-minute-walk away from the railway station with lots of food options around. Public mini-buses may be stopped right outside the hotel. We requested a quiet room far from any lift and there it was. The reception staff made every effort to meet our expectations, even had a new tv antenna installed in our room so we could watch football matches from Qatar. We had a very early check-out, but breakfast boxes were not a problem. Dear Reception, you are a wonderful team, thank you so much ❤️❤️.

This is a hotel with a saying, "don't judge a book by its cover." + Location is the best feature of this hotel. It was near the train station, shopping mall, and many food stalls. + The room is the unexpected one. This hotel looks unconvincing from the outside, lobby, and hallway. But when I stepped inside the room, I changed my mind. The room is so spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. There is no window, but it was OK to me. But that's all the good things about this hotel. - Staff service could be improved. I can see there's little to no training that they got. - Cleanliness in every corner. Management could improve the room, bathroom, hallway, elevator, and lobby cleanliness. - Breakfast was so basic, and some guests were allowed to smoke inside.

We choose this hotel because of its location was not far from food stall. Staff hotel also warm. Morning breakfast didn't start at 6am as said. Double bed was not available at the time we checked in.
