Dear Management of Palma Hotels / The IbizZza Hotel Bandung, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay. I am a holder of a diplomatic passport. Due to protocol, I cannot hand over my physical passport, but offered immediate verification via the Dutch Embassy in Jakarta. Your front desk staff completely refused to cooperate and would not accept the valid KTP (National ID) of my local security team. Furthermore, my room's bathroom was unhygienic, and despite booking breakfast for 2 people, your restaurant staff publicly humiliated me by stating my booking was only for 1 person when my guest arrived. As a diplomat, this lack of security protocol knowledge and poor hospitality is unacceptable. I expect a formal response from the Hotel Manager or a representative of Palma Hotels regarding these matters immediately.

Location Sounds from children at my corridor. The corridor with carpet was a little dirty because of the children.

The lift is too slow and congested. The mug is not thoroughly clean. The water pressure from the shower room shower is good, but the sink seems to be clogged, thus water does not go down quickly. And the room had a bit smell of cigarrete smoking, even though i was at the non smoking floor. The bed sheet is clean, but saw one or two holes from cigarrete.

The hotel's location near the wedding venue I attended. Near mall. The staff were very nice and helpful. Got the room that seems a connecting room, and not a soundproof room. The guests next door were very noisy almost all the time, even at midnight and early morning. The toilet on the 2nd floor was so dirty, water on the floor. No cleaning service person available.

perfect location and room is simply nice plug only available on 1 side of bed. should have 2 sides for queen bed type. and no pool for ibis.

Quite chaotic lobby whenever conference because many people at the same time then staffs handle bit inproper (key access perday while I booked for 3 days, did payment then being called the day after asking another payment then they found out it is paid)
