Location was good, next to the shopping centre. Food at Lv 18 restaurant was excellent. Nil.

Looooved staying at the Trans Luxury Hotel. Rooms were spacious and super clean with luxurious finishes (mother of pearl door handles!) and linen spotless. Mini Fridge had complimentary cold water, sports drink and another beverage. The bathroom was stocked with Aqua Di Parma shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion - divine. The breakfast had a huge selection of choice, from western including breads, eggs anyway u want and even pizza and fresh pasta; to Indonesian and even Japanese with a Sushi Bar! The pool was fantastic, with a slide for the kids, sand area to play in and a larger pool complete with a waterfall. The location of the hotel is superb, with connection to the shopping mall and many restaurant choice both in the mall and across the street from the hotel. Staff were always welcoming, friendly and helpful and arranged connecting rooms on short notice. Nothing - it was great!

Everything was overall wonderful. The property is very family friendly, attached to a great mall with good variety of shops, services, cafes & restaurants, and also attached to the Trans Studio - with everything on walking distance, we didn't need to venture out for the 3 days of our stay. Breakfast variety was very good, the pools were amazing for kids especially the sand pool and slides - kids were able to easily enjoy many hours there. The rooms were nice and comfortable as well. The breakfast restaurant can get quite rushed and tight for space - perhaps adding more space / tables might help. The rooms were overall quite clean but some carpets & sofas had stains and need refurbishment. In-room dining has a lot of variety, but is average taste wise.

the location of Trans is good, close to the mall and restaurants. the only inconvenience is that the close time of the swimming pool is at 6 pm, which is too early compare to other hotels. location is good, and the room space is good. everything is clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. too many people when I checked in at 3 pm.

Egg corner in breakfast was busy and the staff forget deliver my order even I already got the tag number, friendlier will be better. The pool's changing room was too narrow, we have to queue when it's full.

My favourite hotel that I've ever stayed in throughout my travels so far. Super cosy room with lovely ambience, fantastic decor and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. There is a light underneath the central table between the beds that is very bright its shine can be seen when room is dark at bedtime. We needed to cover it. Otherwise fantastic experience.

The hotel is clean and the service is great. We asked for an extra bed and they provided it for us. The breakfast is adequate and the location is close to services and Trans Mall.

The room, services and location are great. I particularly like the 18th Restaurant on the roof top. Breakfast package. It’s a bit pricy for the menu options offered.

It was very clean, comfortable, with a good view, and connected to big Mall. Overall, it was good.. The only issue was that the sound isolation from the street wasn’t very good.
