- great location - walking distance to Sop Halimun, Bakmi & Kopi Doelo - no breakfeast but provide loaf, coffe & tea - easy access & parking - great enviroment - not enough iron please add 2 or 3 iron more. - open concept bathroom

Rooms at ground floor are helpful for travellers with toddlers and the disabled/older people. No restaurant but you can just order food online via gojek or grabfood app and pay cash

Horrifyingly, we found bed bugs in one of the beds. When we notified the staff about the bed bugs, they offered to change the sheets, but this is clearly an insufficient way to deal with bed bugs. When we asked for a refund since they did not have alternative rooms and we did not feel comfortable staying in the room with the bed bugs, they were unwilling to give any, not even a partial refund. Both from a hygiene and hospitality perspective, this hotel was a disappointment. The facilities of the room as well as the beds were not good. The bathroom was old and rundown. There were marks on the supposedly clean sheets.

The location is super. The shower has no pressure and no warm water. (The replacement room). The room we booked need renovation, because of the humidity and too old. AC need to be changed.

i love the location, i love the place, i love the environment. service was wonderful. only downside is the lack of cloth ironing equipment. as they only provide one for the whole place. other than that the place is 10 out of 10. love it

Very beautiful looking homestay style hotel in a very good area. We found it easy to get around from here, and some brilliant restaurants nearby. Was not as clean as it could be (marks on bed linen and floor) .

Feels like staying at home. The toilet seems never to have been brushed causing the floor to be very slippery. The room was so small and not clean. I can found old falsies stick on the wall. I dont know since when ?

the location was convinient & the staff were very accomodating. ample of food vendors around & walking distance the room was so dirty & the toilet was falling apart (literally). my toilet door handle fell off the first time i went to the toilet & the bidet holder fell off as well. the toilet walls were too nasty to look at. the curtains by the bed smelled like pee & the bedsheets were dirty. the towels smelled too.

Quiet place, conveniently located near city center. friendly staff. Free bread breakfast Accessible pantry fridge where you can store food. Free refillable water in both storey. The place still undergoing renovation. I book 3 rooms. My room specifically got AC leakages, need to be serviced. The bathroom door is also almost broken. Low pressure water on the shower The bathroom drainage is kinda stuck, so water almost reach bedroom area when I took bath. The lamp in the praying space is dead, and the praying space is also a bit dirty
