First of all, it’s the staff. They are amazing, always ready to help and do their best to make your stay comfortable. Next, the hotel is spotlessly clean. The location is also excellent if you enjoy a quiet stay like I do — it’s not noisy, but it’s quite populated, so you don’t feel like you’re living on a remote island. Many places are within walking distance: a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21, a 5-minute walk to Wong Amat Beach, and 1 minute to Tops Daily. To sum up, the hotel is not big, but clean, cozy, with a brilliant staff, a swimming pool, and covered parking. For me, it’s an amazing combination — I can’t wait to come back here.

The property is clean and very affordable, near to Tops and have plenty of stablishments in the area. The place is quiet and relaxing even at night.

Very kind staff and front desk... I will be again this hotel in Pattaya. Thank you again. If you guys have to breakfast service for customers more than save move out visiting to other place in Pattaya.

Cleanliness & location The door’s night lock was not in good condition; it was slightly loose. A staff member came to assist and explained how to fix the issue. She mentioned that if I encountered a similar situation in another hotel, I could fix it myself. However, I don’t think that most guests travel with rubber bands and tape, and, more importantly, guests should not be responsible for fixing hotel equipment. Additionally, if hotel staff were to teach the wrong guest—such as a potential thief—it could lead to serious security concerns.
