It was on a quiet block but still walkable to the beach and other shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the pool was delightful, and the staff was super friendly. It wasn't a problem for me personally, but there is no elevator which made hauling luggage to the 3rd floor challenging if you have a lot. Again, I was fine, but my cousin with bad knees wasn't thrilled. Ask for a lower floor if you have physical challenges.

It’s like an oasis when you walk through the front entrance. Very clean premises all around and definitely in the room. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and the owners are very nice people. Would highly recommend (and I don’t recommend many things). Thank you for your hospitality, Hans!

The location is close to good restaurants and shopping mall. The beach is also very accessible from the hotel. The internet connection was slow and the AC could take time to cool our room. No exhaust fan in the toilet.

The hotel is very warm and feels at home. Because my wife was pregnant, Hans thoughtfully arranged the first room for us on the second floor. We wanted to go to the show and ride elephants, which helped us buy tickets. After we checked out, we were sent to the bus station and gave us a small gift. Nothing

Excellent small villa with very clean rooms and beautiful pool and garden area. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind. It was close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach and the bigger shopping centre, Terminal 21. I would highly recommend this accommodation. It was very good value for money. Small and cute hotel with a nice little pool, an oasis within busy Pattaya. Beach road and a couple if bars within walking distance. Everything was fine.
