Excellent location, close to both the beach and Runway Market. The hotel is situated in a lively part of Pattaya with walkable streets, vibrant night markets, and plenty of dining options nearby. One feature we particularly appreciated was the availability of complimentary unlimited drinking water throughout the day, which is not very common at many hotels. The breakfast was extensive and offered a good variety of choices. The staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. There was really nothing negative about our stay. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have the restaurant open beyond breakfast hours, as it would be a convenient option for guests throughout the day.

The overall arrangement of breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. Amenities provided inside room were also very satisfactory. I checked in with my family at about 19:30. No staffs were available to help me take my luggages. Receptionist told me to take all the luggages by myself.

Perfect Location Hotel and reasonable rates. Thai food in breakfast was not so good.

The cleaner for my room was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The pool was very clean. Only one key amd it was manual. The room was hot when i walked in but reovered within 5 minutes. A duplicate key will be handy. Swipe pass on the door will be great.

Location is perfect, close to beach, shopping and markets. Like the large rooms with seating area, table and kitchenette. Great value for the area but it is an older facility. Didn’t like the 8 floor street facing room as it gets sun all day long and the blinds need to be kept closed to keep heat out. The couches are hard and clunky. The gym was dirty, covered in black dust. When the regular breakfast team was on their day off, breakfast was terrible and the restaurant tables were piled high with dirty plates.

The location is great, close to everything, but the place is quiet. I like their breakfast; it has many European options. The swimming pool is great too.

Everything was great I tried to add a special request. I ordered two rooms and I wanted them not next to each other, but I did not get a response about it. other than that the rooms l, the staff and the location, everything else was great

The house keeping staff are polite and helpful the rooms are clean The worst reception staff are so rude except two staff I think kilo or kilo and the other boy I think he is from Philippin they are polite and helpful other than that the othe reception staff are really rude Bella villa prima was one of the best hotels before long time but unfortunately now is tea different than before simply they don’t provide face tissues at least

The room had minor cleanliness issues, and curtains were not hung properly. More critically, the hot water didn't work at night. The air conditioning unit also appeared dirty with a lot f dust. The most frustrating part was the tax invoice. The hotel initially refused to issue a tax invoice, claiming it was booking.com's responsibility. This led to a very troublesome and inefficient process of contacting booking.com's customer service, which provided no effective resolution. Ultimately, I had to negotiate directly with the hotel staff myself to finally optain the tax invoice.
