Payment by online booking and then you have to pay cash at the reception. Booking system very suspicious and not safe. Why register all details of your credit card, when the account is not deducted????

We made a reservation on booking.com. It said 650 baht including taxes. However, they wanted 750 baht from us. Far from the city center. There is no hair dryer in the room.

2nd stay at Blue Garden Resort Hotel lovely Location, nice and quiet Staff really nice and helpful Little area at reception where you can buy snacks, hot and cold water dispenser Pool beautiful Room was lovely and clean and really big Free toiletries Free water Although there is no restaurant anymore, it is only ac5 minute walk to one of the main roads, food places to eat, you can also have food delivered. Not far from lotus for bits and bobs Bolt and grab cheap and not far into main areas, like beach at Jomtien Would definetly stay again if in the area Nothing to dislike

The hotel was beautiful, in a nice quiet location, easy to get into centre of pattaya or to the beach by taxi or by motorbike, which is not expensive using bolt or grab app. Staff here are so nice, they are very helpful. Pool is beautiful, outdoor toilets by pool, lovely area by pool. Queen room was beautiful, room was very big, plenty of lighting. Great air conditioning, very clean room and hotel. Lovely balcony, very big bed, fridge, TV with movie channels. Hotel is very clean, room cleaning is excellent. Daily free toiletries, 2 free bottles of water a day. They have a little area by reception with snacks crisps, biscuits, cold drinks that you can buy, hot and cold water, microwave, which is a nice. I absolutely loved it here, I have booked it again for another 8 days. Exceptional, good price. There is nothing I didn't like. Excellent place. No complaints at all.

My only complaint is when booking this hotel I wanted to pay on card, and it said on the booking Form to pay by card. When I arrived there was no card machine and I was demanded to pay in cash, not a problem had I known this earlier but didn’t have enough on me which made it awkward not only for me but lovely lady behind the desk and this was not cool and needs sorting out!
