The rooms were big This was a very bad experience. Starting with check-in walking in and smelling the chemical perfume that smelled musty. The place is incredibly rundown. The woman check in the end was aggressive and not polite. We asked about parking he told us to go try and find something. Decor in the rooms are strange. Air conditioners are loud and ineffective.

I always stay here when in Pattaya. The current management has really improved the whole complex. Rooms clean, in good repair. facilities all available and excellent value. nothing

I didn't like the AC in the bedroom. It was very weak, I woke up sweating multiple times. The shower was horrible, the water pressure was very weak for hot water. I had to increase the cold water in order to get decent water pressure, but doing that made the shower warm instead of hot. I also didn't like that I saw some roaches in the bathroom.

No TV in my bedroom. The beds were a little hard for me.

This place needs to be remodeled and updated. It had mildew in the shower area . The furniture in the room is old and beat up.

Large rooms, excellent staff, great location Not that I didn’t like it but the staff for the breakfast was excellent …. Maybe more of a breakfast selection would be nice … for me it seemed more like a lunch but it has to cater for everyone

My recent return-stay at the Four Seasons Place Hotel in Pattaya was, in a word, exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the experience was flawless! The service truly stands out. The staff were absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay comfortable. The reception team made the check-in process seamless, and the check-out was just as excellent, handled quickly and efficiently. The dining experience was another major highlight. The optional breakfast buffet was beautiful, offering a good variety of high-quality dishes. Room service was also excellent, arriving quickly and with fantastic presentation (I had the sausage platter). Furthermore, the food quality across the board was high including in the Spice Cafe, and the drinks served in the Gin Bar were fantastic, especially during the enjoyable buy-one-get-one happy hour! Finally, the accommodation was superb. Our room (junior suite) was fantastic—clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. WiFi was very fast and the gym is very well equipped! I highly recommend the Four Seasons Place Hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya. It is a true gem offering top-tier service and superb value. Everything!!!

I really do like the Four Seasons Place Pattaya for my frequent getaways from Bangkok!! The staff are all amazing and truly care about my comfort and needs! Every room here is a suite and usually I choose the junior suite at incredible rate. I choose optional breakfast and like their morning buffet and the room-service food is likewise delicious. Great happy hours and free shuttle service! Very fast WiFi! Thanks and see you soon again!

The hotel is beautifully designed with tasteful decoration. It is conveniently located near the main party area of Pattaya, just a 15-minute walk to Central Pattaya Mall. The breakfast was simple but just right, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed our time. Overall, such a pleasant and charming place to stay! They could work a bit more on the maintenance. But I think they are working on it.

I’m a returning guest and love this hotel because of outstanding service and rooms which are actually all suite-rooms. I stayed the smallest “junior suite” with 60 spm including separate living space, kitchenette and balcony and suite was tip top clean! Great shower, fresh linen and very good WiFi! The gym is also great with high quality equipment and love their “free on demand shuttle in a nice aircon car” to Soi Bukaow or Central Festival shopping and beach which is only about a 5+ minute ride. Great reception & restaurant staff and breakfast buffet was super (I purchased last minute at the restaurant for just 190.-). Enjoyed the happy hours at their Gin & Spice “buy 1 get 1” for cocktails and “beer bucket buy 2 get 3”. I ordered their Eagyu burger in room service and was absolutely delicious! Thanks to all staff and will be back soon !!!

The spacious room in our junior suite was very enjoyable. Having two separate AC units was a huge plus. We were able to keep the temperature in the bedroom different from the temperature in the living area.The kitchen came with a pair of silver forks & spoons, plates, and bowls. There is a stovetop for cooking (pots and pans not included).The microwave worked great for heating leftovers. We enjoyed our large dining room table. The big refrigerator was clean, with its own separate freezer. The TV had lots of channels and an excellent picture. The TV remote worked. The couch was comfortable and big enough to sleep on. I could fall asleep on the couch in front of the TV just like I do in my own home!! We loved the cozy little balcony with a good view of the city. The king-size bed is very comfortable and warm(we deliberately kept the air temperature cold). The shower worked great. Room cleaned daily. Freindly staff! Location is half a minute's walk to 7-11, and a five-minute walk to the bar scene off Soi Buakhao. This hotel is quiet and relaxing, with a feeling of luxury. Friendly staff! We will stay at this hotel again on our next trip. There is nothing that we didn't like about the hotel itself. Please be aware that in order to get from the hotel to the bar scene on Soi Buakhao, one has to cross the two-way traffic on 3rd Road. For a pedestrian crossing the street, it can be a bit intimidating with the fast-moving traffic. But you'll get used to it. Please dont let the hotel's location deter you from staying here. (Note: the 7-11 is on the same side of the street as the hotel).
